The challenge – Branding and website design
Packnet required a re-brand including Logo design and marketing collateral. They also wanted to re-model their website and improve its optimisation for Google and other search engines.
The Packnet website includes a news/blog section and specific optimised landing pages for enquiry generation. A new logo and brand was also created that included bespoke VoIP inspired illustrations and icons.
Webpraxis built a custom WordPress plugin that allows visitors to the website to check phone numbers and call rate prices that can be provisioned via Packnet’s VoIP service.
To support ongoing marketing efforts a downloadable guide to VoIP was created along with a supporting animated video.
The new site has greatly improved Packnet’s search engine exposure and they have seen a 100% increase in VoIP related enquiries each month. Their new brand has been well received by their client base and provided Packnet consistent messaging/look and feel across their marketing channels.
